OCA is a volunteer homeowners association, meaning that membership is not mandatory as in many newer developments. In those developments monthly dues are paid and funds are used for the same type of activities sponsored by the OCA. The monthly dues can run as much as $500-$1000.00 or more. In comparison, the OCA operates on a membership fee of $35.00 PER YEAR.

Currently, our membership stands at roughly 2% of the total number of homeowners in our neighborhood. This level of support from the community makes it impossible to achieve the goals we have set for our neighborhood. We look forward to your support in helping us grow OCA together!
